We have 30 chicks in a broo...</title><content type='html'>I love your pictures!  We have 30 chicks in a brooder box in our den right now.  They are only a few days old so they don't stink yet. Yours already have distinguishing charteristics so have you named them?&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Last year we incubated our own eggs and hatched 19 chicks.  Predators got most of them early when we turned them out, so we're hoping for better luck this year.  Most of the ones that did survive were roosters.  We decided buying day old chicks that have been sexed is best when you don't want a batch of roosters.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;We are in our fifth year of keeping chickens.
